3 stars: Its a good app UI needs a lot of updates if compared to slack though, One feature I badly want in this app is to tag the message to which we want to reply specifically. If added all people in my organization would be more happy.
4 stars: This has proven to be a decent communications tool for our organization. Not as constantly in-your-face as Slack, so if you need to be constantly poked, Slack is a better tool. For us, Twist is preferable because we need to work without forced interruptions, and we are disciplined enough to check the app periodically.
