3 stars: I love the app, I wish a feature would be added to be able to search inventory available for each store. It's very frustrating to browse fabric's, find something you like and it's not available at your store and it's very time consuming. Die to the pandemic and trying to stay ahead of the curve, it would encourage more purchasing on line for in store pickup.
4 stars: Great opportunity for deals and Coupons. The fabric selection can be nearly impossible to preorder unless you have the exact name it is filed under. Overally a good app and ok web page. I use it frequently. I only wish it would store my receipts in my account like some other stores do. That would make tracking a project's budget easier.
4 stars: It's been good so far especially for sales. I try to pick up for most part makes it easier. The only thing I felt one time it chgd my order when I know I order a certain weight of paper. But it got fixed when I return it to store I still think restocking fee is not good.
4 stars: Sometimes glitchy but overall a good shopping app. Like that you can scroll through coupons and save ones you want to use vs. always having to look up and type in codes.
4 stars: I love the easiness if using the app. My only complaint is it only allows you to use ONE coupon, when I shopped in-store I was able to use more than one coupon.
