4 stars: The application is intuitive and easy to use. Sometimes i cannot open my boarding pass but thats maybe related to the internet connection. My only disapointment(not application related) is that in my last 5 trips there were two schedule changes, causing me many inconveniences.
5 stars: Well done app, easy to use, all you need is in a hand. The booking section could be improved but basically it's OK.

4 stars: App is good but customer service needs improvement. When a flight is delayed, no one gives you any info for hours.
