5 stars: Great App! I have tried alot of different apps and I love that mo workout is ever the same and you can pick how long you want to workout for etc. One feedback would be to remove any exercises that I click the thumbs down for as I have some injuries so can't do some. I would also love to favourite a routine and have the option to do it again. Overall it's still a 5 star app and it's really helping me trim down.
4 stars: I have really appreciated this app during a time of crisis! I'm also in school right now, so being able to pop in a quick, defective workout is nice. I don't have a lot of experience with HIIT workouts, but I took my time to go through all the movements before I went all out. These workouts really kick my butt!
5 stars: This is a great workout guide! I'm 250 lbs and trying to lose weight. This app has settings that adjust for body and my capability, yet pushes me enough. The music and guides are good enough to keep me moving without having to learn it. My kids join and they love it too!
5 stars: Love it! I've only done two workouts so far, but I appreciate that you can customize the time spent, difficulty, and music. Intense workout with fun music to get you through. Oh and I love that the guy shows you the next move before it's time to do it. Super helpful if you're not already familiar with the different exercises.
