4 stars: The app and exercises themselves are quite good, I upgraded to premium but found I wasn't using it. I've been trying to cancel my membership for almost 2 weeks and it comes up with an error message and no one has responded to my email. As my subscription has been cancelled now, which was my only issue, I have changed my rating.
3 stars: It's alright, needs improvement It would be SO MUCH better if this app had a timer for each exercise in a set possibly with an audio feedback where the timer would be announced along with the name of the next exercise. Currently it's a continuous timer where the exercise doesn't even go to the next one without me changing it. It's cumbersome changing the exercise between the workout sets.
5 stars: I paid for the app more to support them than because it's necessary. I'm using it, I love it, I think it's absolutely worth the price. However, if money is tight, you do not need to pay for it to have a great experience, which is exactly how it should be in my opinion. 10/5 stars easily.
4 stars: Please for the love of god add some audio to the app! A voice, a bell, a horn, something to indicate the end of an exercise and beginning of another. Other than that great exercise plans so far.
5 stars: Paid for a membership, 5 Star for the depth of detail in the app. But needs major update for the bugs. I'm finding that the pages for the techniques and progressions don't load every time. I hope to see this updated soon. 💪🏼
