5 stars: I love using this app when I have friends, family or loved ones talking about a restaurant they wish they could go to. I can see when they have a table and when they're over and I can take them there for either dinner or lunch. Especially birthday and special days. It's very convenient since I live in the city and usually many placed are already booked.
4 stars: Easy way to book and gets rewards points. Wish they had more restaurants than the more upscale they seem to promote. Great customer service from OpenTable.
5 stars: I have used Open Table for 4 reservations in the past 2 months. No mix-ups, exactly correct on each occasion. This app reminds me of reservations made, and allows me to easily edit if necessary. I find it very helpful and very user friendly! I highly recommend Open Table.
5 stars: Although I would rate lower because of the amount of restaurants available in my area (OpenTable not at fault), it did save me this Valentine's day with a place I know my husband would love to eat at and at short notice on Vday with the convenience of this app is just phenomenal. Plus I booked a table in less then 2 minutes and that includes the sign up through google and/or facebook.
