4 stars: So far so good. It's a good app to build your own plan for exercise👍 But about 4 weeks , this app shows me this: there's no internet connection. Why?
3 stars: It would be very good if you put countdowns for the exercises, feels weird having to pay attention to the phone while exercising to make sure you work the amount of time is planned
4 stars: Really good app with great excersizes. I've had a few app errors that needed a restart but it came back and remembered where I was. Still highly recommend this.
