4 stars: Update: I simply restarted the digoo alarm and now the app works again outside my home. -------------------- Since yesterday the app works only when I'm in the house and the alarm and the app are on the same wifi connection. When I leave my house and I'm on 4G connection is not possible to connect with home alarm Digoo 3g. No technical support from Digoo.
3 stars: The app is very basic. Some features simply do not work. If you contact them, they have very little knowledge about it. Now, it has been some 10 days where their server is not working properly, and my 2 remote sites can not be reached. It does it work thou, but don´t expect a very finished product.
3 stars: Always your app have to be activated and time to time open. Sadly you can't rename doors or sensor. When sensor activated you want be able to recognise where alert come from .
3 stars: App is ok. It is able to add devices and arm disarm would like to see the ability to manage all the features and rename rfid and key fob. Needs the ability to set pin and users as well from app
