5 stars: Love tawk.to it's a superior chat platform for providing customers with support and other related live chat interactions with a human. The simplicity to navigate the app and answer chats on the go makes this unique. Tawk.to also is free and for what you get from a free app is just incredible. I couldn't recommend a better chat platform.
4 stars: It works great at what it does. Just wish it did more so we could do more tracking of where customers go on site but unless you sit and watch it's all gone when they leave. We screen shot every entry we can. But nothing is recorded \u0026 saved for you unless you started a chat w/ ea person. An auto message doesn't count.
3 stars: Very good service. Excellent !.a lot of facilities are free. Thanks . I used this apps plugin in my wordpress website few days . But the mobile app doesn't have sound notification. Its useless without sound notifications . Therefore deactivated the plugin .😢

3 stars: The app is good but thr reason am not giving 5 star is because if the app is not active and a customer chat me on my website, I will not get any notification. Unless i open the app and minimize it that is the only time i will reveive notification. Please fix it.
