3 stars: Customer service is horrible, app is buggy. No issues solved when contacted. App overall is great when it works and isnt having issues but that isnt often. Love the overall concept which is why I gave a 3 star review. But for the price it should be flawless. If all my clients didnt switch over to the app already I would've stopped using.
5 stars: Best app, its so easy to use and actually really efficient, if you dont know where the barber is, BAM they give you directions, you don't know if it's good, BAM reviews from real people, hate ads, BAM no ads. Overall great app, really recommend it.
3 stars: Love be the idea but it blocks from booking a service outside of the country where I'm currently in, i.e knowing that in two weeks I will be in a different country and want to book an appointment there. Cannot add another location to the address book :(
