4 stars: Good gameplay, definitely an improvement from the original. Does have a tendency to freeze up.
5 stars: One of the unique game where u can enjoy different type of gameplay. I've seen much doctors n option available suddenly. It's great, with much more option to explored. Doctors ENJoY.

4 stars: Intriguing take on the whole Plague Inc theory type game. Kinda wish you could spread it around to numerous people though instead of just working on one specific patient at a time but it's still a highly amusing game
