5 stars: I actually love the app. But, please improve the bot, and I recently faced a bug or a problem. Which is I log into becoming a listener but in the middle of the training I exited now it won't log in using my email. Please fix that and apart from it, it's very great and you are very creative. Thank you.
4 stars: to be honest I give it a 4 because I have used this for like 2 year off and on but there are usually always a listener but I can say that most listeners only talk to you once and some make you sign up for a session which I find annoying. but it has helped me a bit but it hasn't make a huge improvement.but I must say I do still use this app so it is a good app and I do recommend you install it
3 stars: The website is great. The app is unusable. It covers the screen with pop-ups to download the SAME APP THAT I'M CURRENTLY USING. Chat windows can't scroll up to see the listeners responses. So much more.
4 stars: Wish there was an journal option. The 2 listener's that I've chatted with so far were very helpful when I was having a low moment. I can't a hang of forums yet I'll post but then it seems to get lost amongst posts from 2-3 yrs ago. It would be nice to have smaller group chats/forum's.
3 stars: I think it's a good resource, though I think there should be a report button to use against talkers that abuse their listeners. There should also be a way to clear inactive chats so they don't clutter up a listener's list
