4 stars: There are infinite ways of constituting an app. But Oyo do sit down cool collected with your think tank and set it up a simple template from the perspective of a minimum knowing customer. Don't make it a single sitting decision making outcome even an outcome of multiple times analysis. Even after arriving on a template of great relevant value, give it some more time for your team to ruminate before freezing it and....... not concluded
5 stars: 1. Make an option of attaching ID proof of Family and Friends in this app (securely) so that we have not to provide ID proof in every checkin for Xerox or taking photos or for register ( like Train reservation ID's proofs) to the Oyo manager. As many times they might misuse the details like phone number, address etc. 2. Oyo Power Break options is not available all the time.
4 stars: Dear OYO, you are too good., but I have a serious complaint on you command over hotel rooms. Please make sure to call the guests after check-in either they have got the same room as mentioned on ther OYO App...,sometimes hotel provieds their own room other than oyo which in very dirty and unhygenic. New Oyo users sometimes do not know which room they have been provied by hotel.
