4 stars: The app is amazing. Near perfect only because some quirks needs updating. For example, it would be great to update your payment info when extending your rental on the same screen instead of having to go into your account settings and do the update there.
4 stars: Can do a better job of making sure that vehicles are clean and that wifi service doesnt prevent cars from being returned in a timely matter. The app also freezes a lot
5 stars: Easy and smooth experience! At first I couldn't find the location of the car, so I called support. The rep stayed on the phone until I found the location, called back to confirm that I was able to access the car, and provided me with the time that I lost looking for the car. Text messages let you know that it is time to return the vehicle to avoid fees. It was just great! I will definitely use this app again!
3 stars: The app is useable, but not refined. Booking a vehicle can be very buggy and it often gives inaccurate prices while playing with the date and times. Ending my first trip appeared to work in the app until I was charged a late fee (had to call support to fix). This app uses the default Android notification icon, a big grey circle. I've never seen that in a professional app.
4 stars: Pretty straight forward app.. I wish it was available in more places. Much cheaper that the larger companies!
