4 stars: 4 stars!! Been using it to track the whereabouts of my family since 2016. It's reliable, the alerts are great \u0026 accurate. Just wish I had more than 2 places slots on the free trial.

3 stars: Recent changes don't allow you to see the last known location when their phone goes into powerr save mode. Reduced one star for that and the perpetual prompt to turn on Wi-Fi.
