4 stars: Amazing app. Gives you a lot for free. This is the first app ever I'm going to actually pay for a monthly subscription for. Really is amazing everything they give you in the free version Edit: dont connect a fitbit to the app. It will drastically change your daily workout, and you cant disconnect it. You can try to turn it off but it reconnects to your fitbit after about an hour
5 stars: First day with the app. Seems absolutely great. I heard back from my email within a day or so (on here). I love that the app updates at every step. And all the workouts are interesting for a beginner.. who would have thought to use a towel as a part of a workout! Great for home or gym workouts
5 stars: I am loving this app. I downloaded it to use as a companion with my Noom membership since I wasn't too satisfied with the workout plan they had sent me. This app customizes your workouts to you, even making changes during your workout to ensure you're getting the best effect possible. I've tried a lot of fitness apps in the past and this will be the first one I actually stick with.
5 stars: I've experienced great results using BodBot in my renewed strength and weight loss. I am 55 years old was overweight and had no energy. Using the plans presented to me in this app have challenged me and yet been reasonable. The app works with me to keep a schedule and adjusts so to optimize the strength and cardio I need to get in healthy shape again.
