4 stars: Very nice app, drivers are very good (preferred if they all spoke some English too), the ETA and pickup location changes at the last moment (hard to work with if you've got heavy suitcases) - needs work, very inaccurate so far.
4 stars: I like the app, good hailing tech. Bit of a language mismatch in certain parts. Some stuff in English others in Spanish. That needs to be addressed for consistency.
3 stars: Lately I cannot see my journeys using the filter, neither it shows conplete list without filter; and it does not show my profile picture (icon)
5 stars: Brilliant layout, really really easy to use. I love that you can share your journey in real time, for those passengers that are worried about traveling if on there own. Used twice. Not times they were on time and nice cars, and smartpy dressed drivers. PERFECT!!
3 stars: I like the service, and the support (they are kind and fast). But there is still much to improve, at least here in Argentina: - I would love to make multiple destinations trips. I mean you can, but you have to tell the driver, instead, I would like to introduce the multiple-stops-route by myself - I can't pay on cash. - Most drivers are not properly trained on how to use the app. - There are no options for more than 4pax.
5 stars: Best service, fast response and a very good selection of professional drivers.
