1 - Change your plans by chatting. The days of being on hold with Expedia for hours before they tell you to call Delta are gone. Even folks with services like AMEX will appreciate being able to do it over chat as they go about their day. Your elf will text you options and you only pay them for the airline change.

2 - Price Checker. We will recheck the price of your flight daily from the day you buy a ticket on Elves until 48h before your departure. If there is a drop in price we’ll go get it for you. You see, there can be up to 17 classes in economy (each one has an allotment of seats and a different price) and what you see as tickets getting more expensive are those allotments filling up. Those seats often open back up (as people cancel their plans). We are going to hit that API daily in search of those opportunities for you. Imagine buying a ticket for a flight next month to London and a couple of weeks later getting a text from Elves saying “We found you a cheaper seat on the same flight - here’s $200.” You’ll never buy a ticket anywhere else.

3 - Lawyer. We’ve partnered with Airhelp to help get you any compensation you may be entitled to. People are often unaware that they are owed anything when they endure disruptions like postponed or canceled flights. This is because the laws are so convoluted and country-specific. You don't need to worry about that anymore. You don't need to do anything. We now monitor every ticket we sell and if something is owed we’ll go get it for you.

4 - Everything around the flight. Elves is delightful when you are traveling and out of your comfort zone. From a great restaurant or show recommendations to pairing services like having the birthday cake delivered to the restaurant.
