3 stars: Great app especially for a soap viewer, however only 3 stars due to closed captioning that I can't disable, and that doesn't follow the dialogue. It has delays of dialogue even into the very many commercials. Glitches and the 27 ( minimum) ads per episode should be addressed. It's handy, but has a whole lot of issues.
4 stars: i've had Netflix for years now and there are lots of options of things to watch, but I feel like we need more. I personally like teen romance, romance, action, and thrillers. I think we need more newer movies and shows but keep some of the old ones too (like Friends, and the Office). Update more on shows if they have a new season! Overall Netflix is GOOD But Could Be BETTER.
4 stars: Dear Netflix, I highly recommend you to include a feature where viewers can manually mark what they have watched. It is pretty frustrating that I have been recommended multiple times to watch series and movies that I have already watched. I am not the only person who deals with this problem. Many others have complained the same thing as I went through the internet searching for the solutions. Netflix please fix this immediately!!!
