4 stars: Most of the time its ok, but for weeks I've had problems, nothing comes through instantly and forget videos and pics, it constantly says downloading, and I have to keep refreshing or coming in and out of the app in a hope that it works. Not good when you need to contact family in a different country and it's not instant.
5 stars: It's been years since messenger became a second platform partner of Facebook. And I'm part of your loyal customers. This app performs excellent in everything. I would just like to suggest a feature which provides pin notes for messenger. Can be very reliable if applied in a group chat. Especially if we're talking about Class group, business, Team Building and so.
4 stars: I have a very good recommendation. When using voice messages, instead of it just automatically sending, it should let you listen to the message first to make sure you're satisfied with it. That would be awesome. Please make this a feature. I like sending voice messages so my texts dont come across wrong.
3 stars: Messenger is a great app for keeping in touch with people, however the recent update has caused my notifications to only work intermittently. It's so frustrating not receiving messages or notifications. They will appear once I open the app or a day or so later. Thinking of changing to another app if it isn't fixed soon.
