5 stars: I am using the basic version, I like it. I would like it more if you can add property evaluations tools and keep everything in one place. 5 stars: I find the application easy to use \u0026 understand. It has all the necessary features to accurately calculate cash flows for a rental property or flip type deal. I highly recommend it.
5 stars: It is fantastic. You can customize every detail or just use the presents. The presents allow you to do a super quick rough analysis of a deal, but much less rough than just your back of napkin 50%rule.
