3 stars: The mobile version is actually a much better experience than the TV app: it's a much easier to navigate interface. It is pretty slow to switch channels and load though. The TV version of the app is horrible. It's a painful interface to navigate, slow to respond, slow to load, and worse of all, the on demand crashes regularly.
3 stars: Away from home, DirectTV App allows you to see pretty much ALL channels including Local channels! Spectrum App shows NO LOCAL CHANNELS, Few cable channels. Most of which I don't watch! Have to be at home to have full channel access. So, then what's the point of having the app???? 🤔🤔🤔
3 stars: Works ok, streaming is good quality and you can change channels and jump around quickly. Minus one star for no native Chromecast support. Screen mirroring is trash, with black borders, slightly jumpy picture, and 2.0 stereo sound. Minus one star for stupid system with multiple numbers for the same channel. At least let us filter out duplicates by setting only one of them as favorite!
