5 stars: I love driving for Lyft, but you need to address some issues. Number one, since the last update the gps is still messed up.... the map zooms out and I can't see my approaching streets. I had to switch over to my phone Google map and use that so I can provide the best ride I can for my customers, but that's not working very well with app, so now I'm using Waze to get my customers. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!! Thank you.
3 stars: This app is not sending me notifications properly for requests. No sound at all. You cannot drive safely and keep your eyes glued to the screen the whole time. If I try to navigate to area with more demand, I'm no longer getting notifications of requests. My acceptance rating is going way down bc of this issue. I have installed and reinstalled several times.
3 stars: Very often the app gives two addresses. The one you use on top to go by is often wrong. Below where the customer name and face are is often right. While driving you dont have two much time to look at the small text on their location drop off point. My suggestion is to improve this app and also list the length of time to the customers destination before the driver picks up the customer.
