4 stars: There is option of to set destination but without being online we can't set it up I advise you to make it easy , that we can set destination before going online because while online many time try to set destination and we get rides between setting up destination which is annoying and also decrease the acceptance rate so if you make it like this what is mentioned above would be great 😊
5 stars: Excellent app. But please solve the below mentioned one issue. Whenever I start the order first navigation screen comes then I select restaurant and food items details screen. After reaching at the customer's place I am not able to select customer's info screen again. Every time I need to restart the application to see customer's info screen.
3 stars: In past few updates the button of opt-in is disappeared due to which captian is unable to avail the other car type options and whenever it is complaint to help center they say that it is already available. i don't know why? The model of my mobile phone is tecno Wx4 pro android version 7.0
4 stars: The newly announced feature of turning the status into offline while in the trip is not available. Also, the app should preferably operate with the screen rotated
3 stars: 1. App does not refresh/ update the heat map automatically. Everytime to know about latest heatmap app one should 1st close the captain app then open....
