5 stars: Google my business is great I use it everyday. I find the new customers tab very useful for new contacts with customers, Although I do wish I could access the messaging feature from my p.c. that is a small concession for the business increase I have achieved since I started using this feature.
3 stars: One thing that was confusing, you get any messages from the google Map app, not this app. Now that i figured that out, let's see if any clients click the link on my google profile.

4 stars: Nice app , but Google you do us for when new customer call us so whenever call discount for network issue or call liecening sound bad so we couldn't connect properly with customer and customer phone number not showing only shows your service number . we request us when customer call our business then we need SMS or email for his phone number show when we connect customer.
