Even when I did, I forgot my password to access the app and it couldn't redirect me or help me get my password, so I uninstalled it and have tried severally to install it again and it won't install. Am so frustrated right now and I don't know the customer service number to call.
3 stars: *UPDATE* PLEASE MAKE CUSTOM SCHEDULE AVAILABLE ON MOBILE! will change rating if mobile is closer to pc version. Sucks to have to find a computer to customize my availability!! I like square apps over all - but as previously stated the mobile site and app all REALLY need to resemble the desktop version. I'm rarely sitting in front of a computer and several things can ONLY be adjusted there. thank you
4 stars: Can't get the Appts app to recognize my password/email on my phone but it works on all my other devices with my POS app. I can still do everything from laptop so it is whatever. I definitely LOVE Square Appts but I think I will forego using the app on my phone. Especially after some of these other reviews...
