5 stars: It's the only app I use to look for houses. Easy to use, no fake listings like zillow, has map, school zone, crime, shopping info on every home. Basically everything you need to know before getting an agent. There is also open house only search if you don't have an agent. I really like it.
4 stars: My favorite real estate app! Great info. The only addition that I would like to see is filtering for detached home. I am not interested in a half double, but have to go through a lot that I am not interested in.
5 stars: I love being able to search for homes in my area. Sometimes there are pictures accompanied with the homes you may be interested in. I signed up for notifications sent directly to my phone as anything in my search area becomes available.
3 stars: Like but I don't like that it's different than on iPhone app. It is missing the number of crime feature, it still has a list but the total number of crime is a good feature to have and it's on the iPhone version, not on the android.
5 stars: I love Trulia it shows all the houses for sale and rent anywhere your looking to move to. It e ven shows houses in a differnt state. All for free. Most apps like this charge monthly fees after a trial period.
3 stars: I like the app but I'm tired of getting homes that don't match what I'm looking for, I'm getting a lot of houses from Massachusetts with is far from the location that I want and it would be nice if I can see the property line so I have an idea ...
