4 stars: The app works perfectly for the most part. Love the ability to manage and extend time from the app. Only complaint and reason for the docked star is that payment via Google Pay has never worked for me, and any attempt to pay via Google Pay results in a never ending waiting screen. That said, credit card payments work great.
3 stars: The app is very convenient and easy to use, and the extension feature would be useful, except for the $0.35 charge for EVERY payment. So the initial payment has a service charge, but if you extend it because you are in an appointment for longer, you are also charged $0.35 for every extension. It should be one charge per parking event.
3 stars: For the most part this app is great. The option I would like added is the ability to name the different credit cards entered in the account. Both my co-worker and I accidentally used the work card for personal parking several times by mistake. If we could name the cards, this wouldn't happen. For now we are adding the card to pay for parking, then deleting it right after.
