4 stars: The application is great, and so is the service... When it works. I have had four out of nine of my orders canceled or unable to be delivered. I have contacted customer support and they tell me it's because the order hasn't been picked up yet... This is after the delivery window has already closed. I see the beauty in the idea that is prime now, but right now from my experience it's a s*** show.
5 stars: First time using this app today and I'm in love! Super easy to navigate and everything I ordered came quickly and neatly packed right to my front door. I'm not sure that I'll step foot into a grocery store anytime soon, except for small things. I love it
5 stars: Never fail to be amazed by the quality of Amazon's service. Anything cold comes wrapped neatly surrounded by ice packs, items are always fresh and customer service is prompt. Not living nearby a grocery store is no longer an issue!
3 stars: Amazon Prime Singapore app just moved their International store to the new app, and I'm finding there is defintely much lesser things to look at via this new app. I have shopped before local and international delivery but now it doesn't seem to be an attractive option to continue the membership.
