5 stars: These workouts are quick and simple. Just what I need. I'm a new mom and struggling to fit exercise into my routine. But I can do 7 minutes (sometimes I still get interrupted ;). It's better than nothing and I'm grateful for the app helping me get even a little bit of movement into my week.
5 stars: Clear simple app to give you a variety of workouts. Instructions explain what to do then a simple animated gif shows you visually as you work your way through. It's easy to follow, despite your own reminder, you need your own motivation to keep going back. The voice is sadly robotic, but more than adequately tells you to start, half way and stop each exercise. Its worth it!
5 stars: Love this app. It helps me keep track of my weight and also shows a long term chart of weight which makes me happy as I can see how far I've come. One suggestion : In the calendar, if you can add 2 dots on days we've done 2 workouts that would be great. Also, if you can add this as 2 for the streak, it'll push me further.
5 stars: I love this app!!! It goes through the exercises from start to finish. It even demonstrates them so you know what you're supposed to do. You can carve out 7 minutes!!!
