3 stars: I want to cancel airplane ticket, but it is not any part in app and you have to call to operator and do a lot of works
4 stars: By default, the city's record is Tehran. It would be better to have an option in the default city settings. I have to manually change the city

4 stars: of course the app's efficiency and apearense is pretty cool but unfortunately sometimes you should wait even an hour or two to find a car it doesn't equipped with a timeline that help you find out whether the app is still looking for driver but of course its a small problem and we can put up with it
