5 stars: The Nest App installs smoothly and, dare I say, it can be hijacked by your Alexa App. It is very nice to see the big guys playing well together. Where would we be without Google and Amazon? It would be remiss to not mention that the Nest App works anywhere when you are out-of-state, at work, skydiving or whatever takes you away from home...Peace of mind is priceless.

3 stars: I like my nest, I like the app, I love the schedule feature... I hate that I just changed my mode from cool to warm and cool, due to the changing of the seasons, and my schedule just disappeared! I changed it back to cool only, and it's still gone. You really need to have a way to save favorite schedules, of save the schedule to the mode feature.
4 stars: I love it but all of a sudden I don't get the video on my app notifications anymore. I will get the notification that there was motion, or a person, but can't see the video clip within the notification like I used to. Seems to have stopped after the last update. This was my favorite part as I could easily see when my kids were coming and going. Please let me know what setting needs to be changed to allow this!
