5 stars: NOT A CONNECTION ISSUE, HERES HOW try going to the setting, hit the wifi button and when you ONLY see the wifi symbol, that's when you connect. (yes, you only have about 2 second) that means that on your phone, have the password written out and connect at that exact instant. If you see the wifi ingormation, that MAY be too late so just try again
3 stars: The app itself is very buggy. I can confirm what others have seen the inability to connect to the camera via the app. I have a solution though! The problem seems to be linked to the phones mobile data. Turning off my phone's mobile data allows me to connect to the camera most of the time. In summary, if you cant connect via 'wifi' try turning off your phones mobile data. This works for me
3 stars: Like another user found I can only connect to camera if phone data us off. Not all camera settings are in app (FOV). Can use app to take photos, start and stop videos, and use ohone to check camera is looking at scene you hope it is such on cycle helmet
