3 stars: I love Wayfair, but the app is thoroughly frustrating. EXTREMELY sluggish when trying to swipe through pictures of products. Navigating the app is a test of patience, which I usually fail. It's not my phone (Galaxy S10) nor my internet speeds. Definitely the app. Can't tell you how many times I've gotten so frustrated that I close the app and shop Amazon instead. Wish they would fix this.
3 stars: Slow and frustrating to navigate. Today the application icon decided to just disappear completely (I haven't hidden it using a feature), but when on the app store it said update? The application itself fails to load the first time so you have to force shut and restart, the images for items layer on top when swiping, or don't move at all. Some videos fail to work and it's frustrating beyond belief
3 stars: I've bumped my rating to a 3 star i can now access my lists but hate the set up for the lists. I go to save an item and as i start scrolling it automatic goes to the next set of lists and im LITERALLY racing to click on the correct list before it changes again. Please go back to the old style lists where all my list show up and i dont have to race to pick a list and end up clicking the wrong one....thank you.
3 stars: The app features and ease of use is convenient and excellent but the app is constantly malfunctioning by freezing, not showing images, going back to the home screen losing search filters. Otherwise the products and the customer service are amazing...
