5 stars: I love this app. I started at the lowest level 3 months ago and have worked up to a total of 50 pushups over five sets. It's the right combination of warmup, set count with staggered reps, and stretching afterwards. I also have the 50 pull up app and have had the same great experience with that. This is a life long sustainable program.
3 stars: The app is okay, but has a lot of room for improvement. There's broken English etc which makes it harder to understand. Could have much more useful instruction.
4 stars: It was fairly good that I bought the premium version. Until I changed my phone to Huawei, I can't recover my statistics because the login button of Google+ doesn't work. Please update that. UPDATE: I was missing Google Play Game Service.
4 stars: Great for overall training, building muscle and directing you to do more push ups over time. Also you always have a challenge because every day you do this workout the amount of push ups gradually increases
