4 stars: I like this app but Im not getting good advice from the app because there is no way I can input into the formulas that I'm celiac which cuts a lot of things that I can eat in my diet out. Also it doesn't seem like you can appropriate that you're wanting to eat more ketogenic or paleo. I think that would be an important option to want to incorporate into the counter. I'm happy otherwise.
4 stars: Good. Helpful. Easy to use. The only thing is that the calories burned in Google fit is not recorded exactly the same in Asken. Google fit says I burned over 500 calories in my 2 hour dance class but Asken records only 300. I dont understand why. Over 9000 steps at a moderate to high heart rate. I want the credit! Lol.
5 stars: Helps me keep track of calories consumed as well as those burbed. Love it!
4 stars: I love this app for its ease of use. I use the free version though because the app is lacking in connectivity. It would be the best app ive used if i were able to connect it to my other apps like Fit Bit, My Fitness Pal and,Samsung Health, as well as apps,like Achievement and Swearcoin.
5 stars: Really good app for controlling your diet, it helped me improve dieting.
5 stars: I love this app. So much better than other lose weight apps. It is easier to use and and you can update how much water you consume on like other apps, where you have to pay to get that small info.... Oh and everything is seperated by sections.😍😍😍😍
