5 stars: Very useful for making notes or just writing in general, especially if you are prone to ideas at random moments and need something you can access quickly and easily. I like the fact that you can make/view docs offline and it will automatically update the doc when it reconnects with the internet. Very handy. Easy to use and nice to look at visually.
5 stars: I love that I can edit at the same time the rest of my team is editing. I love the versatility. I love that it saves for you so no more losing a document that you've worked on for hours. It is priceless to be able to go back and see the revision history and revert back to a previous version if necessary. I also like that you can download it into any format . I have been using it for years and will continue. I love Google Docs!

3 stars: It works okay on the whole, but the big headscratcher is, why does it take so long to load the newest edit of a document? Especially when I'm on LTE? I use a shared Google Doc for my job, and changes are constantly made to the doc; almost every 10-15 minutes during the day. The newest edits load faster on the iOS app than it does for Android, arguably the home OS for this app.
