5 stars: The app is easy to navigate and the product feels like a steal. I am the kind of person who will buy a million travel size items before I buy a regular size. I love that I get to try new things every month that are catered to me and if I don't love something I don't feel like I spent loads for it. But I find more often than not I love it all + the things I add extra!
5 stars: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IPSY!!!!! So easy to use. Great prices, lots of different products and ways to get. Can pause subscription anytime. Just so easy and fun to use. And I love that I know I am getting well thought out and consciously sourced makeup and skin care products without hurting myself or others to do so.
4 stars: It's an awesome app for what it's being used for, but there definitely could be more information available for makeup tutorials and the customer service needs to be upgraded. We want more interactive care, no more emailing only, we need direct service and have it be easy to find.
5 stars: So far I've loved majority of my products that come in the bag. September's bag was the cutest thing I've seen and is surely a day use for me now! With not being into make up much anymore, it's nice to try samples of the products that are fitted to the personal test you take, so far it's been accurate for me!
