4 stars: All looks good except the worst customer service. They don't understand what the problem is just give some template response. There is no way to contact them via phone just email. After raising couple of tickets from the app and email issue is resolved now. Could have been much better if we can talk to a person instead of mailing multiple times
4 stars: Excellent environment for workout. It would be a lot better if trainer's name for each session is mentioned while booking a class. That would help us to a great extent to choose classes based on trainer. Also they have to include at least 1 regional (kannada, Telugu) song of respective states in 50min dance fitness session. There are many good collection of songs in regional level as well.
5 stars: love the one app fits all. cult fitness is great. good variety of classes. i also regularly order from eat.fit. great healthy food. wish there was better integration with google fit. I only wish the availability of areas under eat.fit were imprpved. Im unable to use my fitcash as eat.fit doesnt deliver to my house. I have to use zomato for the delivery.
5 stars: Amazing app. Everything in one app, this is something very unique. Recipe in a fitness app, online sports wear shopping and meditation + workout at home, well who would have thought that ! WOW. The app is beautifully designed and awesome services provided. Just loved it.
