5 stars: I give this up five stars because it's very helpful very useful. The app is (almost) accurate. there's a few of the apartment listings, that was very misleading. They over exaggerate their property, to get you interested in their apartments, but when schedule an appointment to view the apartments, it's a big letdown, and you've wasted your time. \
5 stars: This app's Is misleading they ask you for an application and background fee. Then to find out no 1 will accept it because most if not all have their own application fee. I'm sorry but it's ridiculous to pay application fees over and over.
5 stars: Actually I still haven't found anything yet but I will say HOTPADS certainly throws it all by out for you. The only prob is alot of rentals are tons more than i can afford . Still 5 stars above the other apartment apps.
5 stars: I love this app. If no one responds when u inquire about their property, hotpads will intervene, i like that the most. Thanks hotpads!!!!!
5 stars: I found a great apartment! I was able to send a message to the property owner through the app and got a quick response. I loved the regular notifications when new places became available. It allowed me to jump on places quickly, which is important for the in-demand areas I was looking at.
