3 stars: Often times descriptions don't match to actual product... thus, I wouldn't buy anything too expensive or an item you wouldn't mind tossing/repairing yourself if possible. Luckily there are lots of low priced items to try your luck with. Note: AliExpress does NOT assist the buyer well when you do encounter issues.
3 stars: I've ordered many items and love them. 1 lost in shipping. Customer service was great to reship although I have not received any info about it nor have I received the item. Now my entire history has been wiped from the app. Unless I receive it in the near future I think I may have been had. I am hesitant to rate the app but willing to give a 3 star review.
4 stars: Been using almost 1 year and I love it. I'm not regret for any product I ordered and the price I could get because it sound very fair. And One time I do not receive a product its need work on that because one time I don't get the money back and I do not know what happen.
5 stars: Ever since I installed the app, ordering has been fun...got lots of stuff for cheap price and yet same or even much better quality. Nevertheless Alixpress should guard against fraudulent sellers who in many instances are fund of not shipping d products that have already been paid for, and some other instances they ship low quality products that are different from what was advertised.
