4 stars: An easy app to navigate, but where it differs from other sites /apps is that in most cases it will show a property's true market value, or lost it as being to expensive etc. This is great for potential buyers and may keep some sellers in line with market prices.
5 stars: brilliant. loved the way you can search for specific words used in the sellers description

3 stars: Let agreed properties are left on the search for ages after the fact. You should have a filter option to select to avoid having to view properties already let...it's a big waste of time.
