5 stars: Cheapest and most convenient parking app. Have had some trouble with a parking location being inaccessible upon my arrival a few times, but customer service was very polite/helpful. They offered me a refund, alongside giving me a promo code for future parking to compensate for my money spent parking elsewhere.
5 stars: Happy about my $10 parking fee on a weekend in downtown Toronto...i was able to find a great spot to park with this app. only issue was the code wouldn't scan and an attendant had to take the pass# instead.
5 stars: great app and very helpful. usually cheaper than the lot itself but will wait until i get there to purchase. i can find close by lots to the one i choose cheaper sometimes. customer service is great and the app is well designed!
4 stars: I would have given the app stars however, Whenever I have to make multiple attempts to accomplish the goal I feel like the app is less than intuitive.
