4 stars: way better than Zillow or the others. Great additional features and services like anytime home tours. -1 because my saved searches and favorites (the stuff i look at the most) are buried in a submenu and can't be my default view.
5 stars: My wife and I are currently in the market and have found that Redfin seems to have the most information and all seems to be up to date. Other apps are missing sales histories and HOA dues. Great app. Such good. Many like.

5 stars: Most useful app for any real estate investor. Found my first foreclosure on here 1 day sooner than the MLS email came through. I was able to view property next morning and had an offer submitted within days. i especially love the school district search. it helps me keep an eye on homes sold in good school districts.
4 stars: Generally a very helpful app and a great experience overall with my Redfin realtor. not a fan of the recent change to include homes with a price drop on the new homes tab (they're not new, are they?). I wish they had included an option to disable this new behavior as I had previously found this to be one of the most useful features of the app in a hot market, now it's just cluttered with homes i already knew about.
