5 stars: I used this app for the first time today. It was easy to find parking near Newark Penn Station, reserve it, get to the lot and then checkout. This was the first time and it could not have gone any smoother. I plan on using this many more times in the future.

5 stars: 1st time user and i love the app! We went to downtown Chicago, Navy Pier, museums and have no problem finding reasonable price parking spots within walking distance! Customer service is very helpful, responsive, and patience to help us with our questions. Highly recommended this app when traveling to major cities, where parking are outrageously expensive and hard to find!
5 stars: App was working perfectly until it decided to use max brightness when asking me rate the app. Edit: Apparently the brightness changing is an intended function of the app. It is meant to allow the scanners to better catch the image of the barcode.
