4 stars: We need to be patient with this app. It realy helps a lot, sometimes it will give pop-ups and sometimes non. The disturbing pop-ups it usually gives, normally occured few or some days to updating the App. Google should possibly upgrade to show users notification rather than pop-ups when they are about to update Google Play Services.

3 stars: Yay. An app that is required to run other apps. Whoo. My excitement is unobtainable. I use this for nothing else and it annoys me that apps like YouTube won't run at all when this needs to be updated.
