5 stars: App worked smoothly! It allowed me to use the digital coupons sent to my email by entering their coupon codes. I was able to order my food while at work and have it arranged to pickup about the time I arrive at the location chosen. Less pressure on me ordering, so I could carefully choose what i want and also made sure I entered my SCENE card in! No problems getting my card information and I know I'll get the receipt I need.
5 stars: Ordered through my mobile, didn't get any order confirmation. When I was about to re enter my order, they called my name. If it weren't for good timing, I would have double ordered. Even after 10 minutes, the app still showed no proof that I had ever placed an order. Please fix this issue and I may change my rating.
4 stars: This app isn't even downloading. Other people complaining of it crashing. Why give away a free burger if you didn't stress test you app? Edit: Harvey's has since reached out and made things right. Radically improved my experience with them!
4 stars: installed for the free burger promotion after Raptors won. cannot be loaded. uninstall and reinstall a few more times and gave up. bought the burger at the end cause cashier says no app no free burger. lured me in for deal but got me to pay for full instead. disappointing. update: app works now and Harvey's gave me a voucher. Would have been better if it worked the first time.
4 stars: Great experience with this app! The only thing that kept it from 5 star...
