5 stars: I use this app and recommend it to all of my friends who take any prescription medication. It's really a lifesaver for when you need to remember exactly what you're taking and what dosage, whether or not you've taken it for the day, any potential medication reactions (even for over the counter things!) and side effects without having to spend a lot of time googling.
4 stars: I find it useful to use on a daily basis but I detest the trend of feature crippled apps unless you sign up for monthly or yearly subscriptions. It's driven by pure greed. I'd much rather pay a fee for an app and be done with it and pay for major functionality upgrades where I can decide if the features introduced are worth the upgrade...
