3 stars: the moving wallpaper keeps stopping. I like seeing the Ocean wallpaper I picked moving when opening my cell it's pleasent to watch. But also when I end what ever I'm doing on my cell I like to be able to just click the circle on bottom of cell and when I do thst your app keeps bringing up other apps. I don't like that. Therefore other than that I like the Bling Launcher App. it's fun. thank you
