5 stars: Easy to use app, genuinely great offers, lovely CS staff AND the chance to win Lottery tickets to see the otherwise unattainable Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - which I did last week and saw on Wednesday! I saved over £400 so what more can you ask for. It has allowed us to see so much more than if we did not have access...try it; you will NOT be sorry :-)
3 stars: the seats are the worst in the house, which makes sense for the price. they went way above and beyond for a personal matter for me. I will use them again, when I see something I like with no fees or affordable. if you are in a venue were you can see from any seat. they are worth it. how many times do you buy expensive seats and the show is pew.
4 stars: I wish that I had more opportunity to see my seats or the section before placing an order. I do realize that this is essentially at the discretion of the producers and availability of seats that haven't sold yet, I just find myself hesitating a lot because of this. Not really a fault of todaytix, but certainly a strike against. Any other point of sale, tells you exactly which seat/section.
4 stars: got amazing tickets on the lottery, no hassle at all to pay or pick up! only thing that's a bit frustrating is when you want to buy normal tickets for a show, you aren't able to see the available seats and the app will auto select some for you. hopefully this will be improved over time
